One Morgan Square
In late December of 2011, Johnson Development Associates, Inc. acquired the Extended Stay building located prominently on Morgan Square in downtown Spartanburg. The building contains 112,000 SF of Class "A" office space and an underground parking facility. Built by Extended Stay America for its headquarters, the building became available upon Extended Stay's relocation to Charlotte. It is the intention of Johnson Development Associates, Inc. and OTO Development to relocate their headquarters to this building, now known as One Morgan Square.
