Alexandria Schaffer

Alexandria Schaffer serves as the Human Resources Generalist at Johnson Development Associates, Inc. In this role, Alexandria is responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, benefits and compliance. Prior to joining JDA, Alexandria worked for almost 5 years as a HR Generalist for a Tier-1 automotive supplier. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina – Upstate, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Communication Studies. Alexandria also earned her Master of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Delaware.
