Alexandria Schaffer

Alexandria Schaffer joined JDA in 2023 and currently serves as the Human Resources Generalist. In this role, Alexandria is responsible for benefit management, compliance, talent management, employee relations and engagement. Prior to joining JDA, Alexandria worked for almost 5 years as a HR Generalist for a Tier-1 automotive supplier.

Alexandria earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Communication Studies from the University of South Carolina - Upstate.  She also earned her Master's degree from the University of Delaware. Alexandria currently resides in Spartanburg and volunteers a mentor at Meeting Street Academy.
