JDA's Industrial Division develops and acquires functional, flexible and strategically located facilities that provide valuable logistics and distribution solutions for our clients, enabling them to efficiently deliver products and services throughout the United States. In the pursuit of operational excellence, we strive to continuously improve our development expertise so that we can anticipate and satisfy the future needs of our clients. We do this in accordance with our Guiding Principles and with an unwavering commitment to long-term value creation for all stakeholders in the facilities we deliver and the communities in which we invest.

Since 1988, JDA's Industrial Division has developed 117 buildings consisting of over 34 million square feet of industrial space and partnered with more than 140 clients in the process. JDA has assets and controls land positions throughout the United States and continues to pursue strategic locations across target markets.
