David Kane

David Kane joined the Industrial Division of JDA in 2021 as a Development Manager.  His responsibilities include management of the design, permitting and construction processes for JDA's industrial projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Prior to joining JDA, David worked as an Assistant Manager of Permitting Services for Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, a Florida based design firm that focused on retail, convenience, and grocery design.  David managed a team of coordinators and oversaw over 200 permit processes for construction during his time there.  David has also worked as a Development Manager with Lidl, US where he managed over 25 commercial projects from entitlements through construction in the Mid-Atlantic region.  David currently holds a Master of Architecture degree which he received from Hampton University in Virginia and a Master's degree in Construction Management from Philadelphia University.
