In our typical process, candidates’ application material will be evaluated. Candidates with relevant education and experience will be contacted by the HR department for an initial conversation. If a candidate is invited to interview further, they should be prepared to meet with a variety of team members and leaders. Our interview process values the perspectives of a wide array of team members that candidates would interact with on a daily basis in the role. We use behavior-based interviewing combined with specific focus areas to learn about and evaluate candidates on alignment with the Guiding Principles and talents (skills and knowledge). |
