Tripp Bailey

Tripp Bailey is a Regional Director of the Industrial Division of JDA. He is responsible for sourcing, development, investment management, and leasing of JDA’s industrial projects in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Prior to joining JDA, Tripp served as a Director in W. P. Carey’s Asset Management Group and was responsible for overseeing the company’s build-to-suit and redevelopment projects throughout the United States. He began his career as a Project Engineer at Clark Construction in Washington D.C. Tripp received a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington & Lee University and completed his MBA at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
