Ashlyn Melton

Ashlyn Melton is an Operations Associate for the Industrial Division at Johnson Development Assocaites, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for assisting with operations, asset management, due diligence, and leasing for JDA's industrial portfolio. In 2021, she joined JDA's Self-Storage Division. During her time with Self-Storage, she served as an Asset Management Associate and assisted the Asset Management team with underwriting, operating asset performance analysis, historical rate trends, annual budgets, tax studies and insurance.  Before joining JDA, Ashlyn interned for the Finance team at OTO Development in Spartanburg, SC.  She graduated from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics.
