Jason Patrick

Jason Patrick is the Director of Development of the Industrial Division of JDA. He is responsible for both pre-construction and construction activities, including site due diligence, budgeting, design, permitting, and construction. Jason manages a team of Development Managers with a focus on providing seamless coordination and delivery of all industrial real estate development activity. Jason joined JDA in 2007, and since has been responsible for managing the development of over 21 million square feet of distribution, e-commerce, and warehouse facilities. Prior to joining JDA, Jason worked as a technical sales representative for Tindall Corporation, a Spartanburg-based precast concrete systems manufacturer. He is a graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC.

Jason serves as a member of the Land Management Board of Appeals in Spartanburg County, SC and is a member of the Wofford College Terrier Club Board of Directors.
