Brooks Cochran

Brooks Cochran serves as Chief Financial Officer for Johnson Development Associates. In his role, he is responsible for cash management, financial reporting, asset management and evaluating new investment opportunities, managing banking relationships and procuring project financing for JDA's Multifamily, Industrial and Self-Storage Divisions. He previously served as the Director of Finance for JDA and Director of Operations for the Industrial Division.

Prior to joining JDA, Brooks was a Senior Manager of FP&A at American Credit Acceptance. Previous experience includes Bridgewater Associates & BNY Mellon in Westport, CT, Magnitude Capital, an investment management company in New York City, and two logistics startups in Charleston, SC. Brooks is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College. He graduated with Honors from the Darla Moore School of Business with a degree in International Business & Global Supply Chain Operations Management.

Brooks resides in his hometown of Spartanburg, South Carolina and is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg.
