Lauren Oakes

Lauren joined JDA in 2022 as a Real Estate Analyst with the Industrial Division. She is responsible for assisting with sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, operations, development, and leasing for JDA’s industrial portfolio. Lauren previously interned for the Industrial Division at JDA. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from Washington and Lee University.
