Miguel Villarreal

Miguel Villarreal serves as a Senior Development Manager for JDA's Industrial Division. His responsibilities include management of the design, permitting, and construction process for JDA's industrial projects. Prior to joining JDA in 2017, Miguel worked as a Development Manager for Sun Holdings Inc., a national holdings group that owns and operates over 750 stores of diverse concepts. Miguel oversaw the design, permitting construction and successful opening of 45+ stores during his time there. Prior to Sun Holdings, Miguel worked as an analyst for Magi Real Estate Services in San Antonio, Texas. Miguel currently holds a Master’s of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance and Development which he received from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
