Preston Harrell

Preston Harrell joined JDA in 2020 in its Dallas, TX office and focuses on sourcing, site selection, strategy, development, management, and leasing of JDA’s industrial projects in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. Prior to joining JDA, Preston was a member of CBRE National Partners. During his tenure with National Partners, the team executed industrial disposition assignments exceeding 220 million square feet across the U.S., Mexico and select European markets. In addition to his tenure with CBRE, Preston previously held positions at JLL, the McDougal Companies and Lincoln Property Company where he was primarily focused on development, management, and investment sales activity within the multifamily asset class. Preston received a BBA from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, where he majored in Finance and Real Estate. 

Preston is a past co-chairman of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation - Stewards of the Wild Dallas Chapter and still serves on the Advisory Council. Additionally, he is a member of The Touchdown Club of Dallas - Newman Class of 2024-2025, which raises money in support of the Ashford Rise School of Dallas. Preston and his family are active members at Highland Park Presbyterian Church.
