Position Summary:
The Paralegal supports the General Counsel by assisting with transactional closings, drafting and proofreading legal documents, assisting with the management of certain contracts for the company and its affiliates, assisting with general corporate governance, coordinating the execution and delivery of contracts, and assisting with project management. This role includes assembling highly confidential and sensitive information and accurate recordkeeping. The Paralegal works closely with other members of the legal team, and with a diverse group of important internal and external partners. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
