Giulio de Alessandrini

Giulio de Alessandrini joined Johnson Development in 2023 as a Real Estate Analyst for the Multifamily Division.  In this role, he assists the Multifamily team with sourcing, underwriting, portfolio management, and overall market research. Giulio joined JDA as an intern with the Multifamily Division in June 2022 and began a full-time role in June 2023. He graduated from Washington & Lee University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. At Washington & Lee, Giulio served as Co-Executive Director of the Real Estate Society.
