Beau Gunn

Beau Gunn serves as the Director of Real Estate of the Self-Storage Division. He is responsible for leading a team in site selection, market due diligence, underwriting, contract negotiations, and entitlement support for new self-storage development throughout the country. Beau Gunn joined Johnson Development Associates Self-Storage Division in 2015 as a Real Estate Manager. Previously, Beau served as a Senior Real Estate Manager for the Self -Storage division in both our Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles offices. During his tenure in the self-storage division, Beau has sourced opportunities in eleven different states and the District of Columbia resulting in the delivery of over 20,000 self-storage units. Prior to joining JDA, Beau was a Commercial Real Estate Broker for 12 years, specializing in retail site selection and land assemblage representing numerous developers and retailers across the Southeast. Beau received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lees-McRae College.
