Brittani Nelson

Brittani Nelson joined JDA as a Real Estate Analyst for the Self-Storage division in April 2023. Her responsibilities include assisting with underwriting, conducting market research, and identifying and sourcing new deals in the State of Florida. Prior to joining JDA, Brittani served as a financial analyst at JLL. Brittani holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
