Evan Liollio

Evan Liollio serves as the Director of Construction for the Self-Storage Division of JDA. He is responsible for leading the Division’s Development team, overseeing both the preconstruction and construction process of all Self-Storage development activity. Prior to joining JDA, Evan served as the Chief Operating Officer at THS Constructors in Greenville, South Carolia. Evan has extensive construction experience, having directly or indirectly executed over $750 million of industrial, commercial, and higher education projects in the Southeast region.

Evan is a graduate of Clemson University where he received a Master’s in Construction Science and Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Design. Evan Lives in Spartanburg with his wife and three children.
