Kyle Duffy

Kyle Duffy serves as a Real Estate Analyst for JDA's Self-Storage Division. In this role, Kyle is responsible for assisting with underwriting, conducting market research, and identifying and sourcing new deals in the Southeast United States. Prior to joining JDA, Kyle worked in the real estate private equity and investment lending industries. Kyle earned both a Master’s in Real Estate Development and a B.S. in Finance from Clemson University.
