Olivia Groce

Olivia Groce is an Asset Manager for the Self-Storage Division of JDA. She previously served as a Real Estate Manager for the Self-Storage Division. As a Real Estate Manager, Olivia was responsible for sourcing new opportunities in select markets in the Southeast. Olivia also previously served as an Asset Management Associate where she assisted the Asset Management team with underwriting, tax studies and insurance, historical rate trends and annual budgets as well as operating asset performance analysis. Olivia began her career with JDA as a Development Analyst for the Land Division to assist the team in underwriting deals for JDA's land holdings and helped with the acquisition, design, entitlement, and permitting work associated with current and future developments in the Carolinas. Olivia graduated from Wofford College in May of 2020, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance and Spanish.
