Samwell Pagani

Samwell joined Johnson Development in 2023 as an Asset Management Analyst for the Self-Storage division. In this role, he assists the Asset Management team with underwriting, operating asset performance analysis, historical rate trends, annual budgets, tax studies and insurance. Before joining JDA full-time, Sam interned for the Multifamily Division of JDA in Spartanburg, SC as an Asset Management Intern. Sam graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in real estate and a minor in accounting.
