Eric Miller

Eric Miller is a Development Manager at JDA, where he is tasked with overseeing new development projects in the Spartanburg market. His responsibilities include site evaluations, due diligence, budgeting and analysis, design review and project management services. Prior to joining JDA in 2023, Eric was with John Moriarty & Associates, a Boston based general contractor with roles ranging from preconstruction and estimating, trade purchasing and on-site project management. Eric received a BS in Architectural Studies from the University of Utah and completed his Master of Architecture at Boston Architectural College and practiced architecture in the Boston area for six years prior to joining Moriarty. Outside of the office, Eric and his wife have three children and as a family enjoy history and all things outdoors.
