Matthew Kelly

Matthew Kelly joined JDA in 2025 as a Community and Natural Resources Analyst, supporting market research, data analysis, and leasing efforts. A Winston-Salem native, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina State University in 2024 with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance. Outside of work, Matt enjoys golfing, outdoor adventures, traveling, and cheering on the Wolfpack.
