Reagan Holland

Reagan Holland is a Development Manager at JDA, where she is tasked with overseeing new development projects in the Spartanburg market. Her responsibilities include site evaluations, due diligence, budgeting and analysis, design review and project management services. Prior to joining JDA in 2022, Reagan had roles in many industry sectors including hospitality, multi-family, commercial, and higher education. Reagan received her BS in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and her MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University; she is a member of the Urban Land Institute of South Carolina. Away from the office, Reagan volunteers as a youth soccer coach.
